Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer flexible return options both in-store and online.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange
Return Options:
Online Purchases: Eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.
In-Store Purchases: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
How to Return:
In-Store: Bring your item and receipt to our boutique within 14 days for a quick exchange or store credit. If purchased online and you would like to return in store, you are still able to get refund if your items are eligible.
Online: Contact us at () with your order number to start a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
